I am delighted to welcome Andrew Cowe, Nick Davies and Samantha Spinks to the tax team.

Andrew, will be particularly focused on delivering Inheritance Tax savings for Landlords and protecting business owners from next year’s 50% tax rate.

Nick, a senior employment rewards specialist, brings with him a wealth of experience in advising SMEs and more specifically larger companies, on a range of tax saving opportunities for employers. Nick joins Ray Cadman and Richard Whitelock, the existing Garbutt & Elliott employment tax team, who have tremendous expertise. 

Samantha has been appointed as Tax Senior from Deloitte, where she specialised in Corporate Tax and also gained experience in specialist areas such as Research and Development tax credits; we are sure Samantha will be a great addition to the team.

The new additions to the team expand the range and depth of our expertise at a time when businesses are naturally concerned about inevitable tax increases.
