Service addresses for Partners and Company Secretaries

Company Partners and Secretaries can now choose to use a “service address” to be shown on the public register at Companies House. Previously this has only been allowed for persons for whom such a disclosure in the general domain could give rise to a risk to them – such as certain former servicemen. If you would like to take advantage of this, Garbutt & Elliott are pleased to allow you to use any of our office addresses for this at a cost of £100 + VAT per office per annum, which includes preparing the paperwork to make this change.
