It not only enables our people to progress their careers, become a better version of themselves and play their part in a successful business which results in us delivering the best experience for our clients, it also means we have a team of engaged, high performing and talented people. Twice a year through our appraisal process everyone gets the opportunity to talk about their own personal development and discuss learning opportunities.
We offer a variety of learning experiences to enhance and develop skills, knowledge and behaviour which we believe is the key to delivering exceptional client service. We do this by:
- Supporting and encouraging our people to develop their technical expertise and keep their specialist knowledge up to date through not only on the job learning, but also a variety of training courses, webinars and seminars.
- We are really proud of our Management Development Programme, run for our aspiring and existing Managers. It is a 12 month programme covering all of the essential skills and knowledge required to be an effective manager.
- We support a Developing Leaders in Practice Programme for our Senior Managers and aspiring Directors/Partners to help them take the next step in playing a strategic role in bringing their vision and skills to the business to move it forward.
- We run a variety of courses for all of our people to give them the tools to be as effective as possible in the workplace, covering Client Care, Time Management and Delegation, Personal Style and Impact, and Sales and Negotiation Skills.
