We work hard to ensure our people are engaged and enthusiastic while they are at work, and have a voice where ideas are heard and listened to. We have a team, ‘engaG+E’, made up of volunteers from across the business who work hard, through a variety of activities, to make sure this is reflected in our every day working lives.

Make a Difference – we recognise that bringing our values to life and demonstrating them to our clients is about how we behave. Everything we do is based around key behaviours we expect from all of our people. In recognition of exceptional achievement by individuals and teams we hold a ‘Make a Difference’ Award each quarter, with nominations being made by anyone within the business and is a way to say thank you to colleagues for being an advocate for our culture and values through their behaviours.  We have two ‘Make a Difference’ winners each quarter.

  • Quarterly meetings – we hold quarterly update meetings with all of our people to talk about the business and give the opportunity to share success stories and experiences.
  • Quarterly Staff Newsletter – we create an informative newsletter every quarter to shout about all of the good work going on across the firm, staff news and achievements, client news, keeping everyone up to date and involved in life at G+E.
