There is a comprehensive training programme for trainee accountancy and tax roles, people of school age are encouraged to have work experience, and internships are provided to university students to work on a key project which will benefit the business.

We have a strong focus on developing ‘soft’ skills, both for managers and non-management staff, because we recognise that people and behavioural skills are essential in developing and nurturing relationships with our existing clients and staff as well as winning new clients and attracting new employees.
